1. Term of Rent and Rental Fee
   1. In line with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, Self Drive Nepal shall provide the vehicle to Second Party on rent from given date to the rental period date . Customers shall pay the rental fee based on the order details in advance to Self Drive Nepal for the Rental Period. Following the expiry of the Rental Period, this Agreement may be renewed through mutual consent of the parties. 
2. Conditions related to the use of the Vehicle
   1. As per the need of Customer, Customer may take the Vehicle on rental basis with or without the driver allocated by Self Drive Nepal. Customers who are going to drive the Vehicle must have obtained a Driving License from the concerned department of Government of Nepal. Customers must compulsorily submit a copy of such License to Self Drive Nepal prior to renting the Vehicle. Customer agrees that the Vehicle shall only be driven by the person who has already obtained Driving License throughout the Rental Period. Where Customer allows a person who has not obtained the Driving License to drive the Vehicle and as a result of which any accident, human injury or other related harm occurs then Customer shall be liable to compensate for such damages.
   2. In case Customer takes the Vehicle in areas other than the designated area or fails to come into contact of First Party or if Self Drive Nepal feels that Vehicle is unsafe or there exist a reasonable suspicion of any damage to the Vehicle then Self Drive Nepal may immediately take the Vehicle under immediate control by informing the nearest police office or by turning off the engine of the Vehicle through GPS. Where Self Drive Nepal takes control of the Vehicle in places other than its Office, then the Customer shall be liable to bear all the expenses associated with returning the Vehicle to the office of Self Drive Nepal.
   3.  Customers shall not use the Vehicle for conducting unlawful or improper acts.
   4. If the Vehicle during the rental period breaks down and any of its parts needs to be replaced then Customer shall take prior approval of Self Drive Nepal and must change the parts in accordance with the specifications provided by Self Drive Nepal.
   5. Following the rental of the Vehicle, the entire legal liability of the Vehicle shall be borne by Customer. In case Customer commits any illegal acts prohibited by Nepal Government, causes and accident or any other acts prohibited by law and if any legal disputes or any other kinds of difficulties arises out of it then Customer agrees to bear the entire responsibility, punishment, penalties, legal claims arising out of it and agrees to indemnify First Party against any and all of such claims. All of the liabilities arising out of this Section 2.5 shall be borne by Customer and no liability of any kind shall be created on Self Drive Nepal.
   6. Customers shall not sublease the Vehicle.
